Searching for Products |
Searching for products can be initiated by use of the icons found on the left navigation bar under the heading 'Product Categories'. A drop down menu will appear
when you click on the selected icon revealing the products available in that category. You may also use the 'quick search' function
located at the top of every page throughout our website. You can enter in a keyword or phrase, OEM Part Number,
Model Number, or ValueMasters.com Part Number, if you know it. For example, if you
are looking for a specific inkjet cartridge for your printer and do not know the part number or printer model,
simply type in the manufacturer of your printer (i.e. Epson, Canon, Lexmark, etc.) to view a list of all the compatible
cartridges we carry for that particular manufacturer. If, for whaterver reason, you are unable to locate the product
you are looking for, we are always here to assist you. Simply send an e-mail to Support@ValueMasters.com or telephone us, via or toll-free number, at: (877) 263-6270. |
Placing an Order |
Ordering products from our website is very straight forward. Once you have
located an item you wish to purchase, simply click on 'add to basket'.
You can then search for additional products and add them in the same manner. Before you 'checkout' be sure
to view the contents of your basket to make sure the items and quantities are correct. You can then checkout and
proceed in one of two ways, either by "creating a new account", which is ideal for repeat customers, or by
"placing an order without an account". If your "ship to:" address is the same as your "bill to:" address, you need only to fill out the "ship to:"
side of the order form, if not you will need to fill out the "bill to:" side of the order form as well. |
Shipping
Shipping is based on the total weight of your order, the destination (i.e. zip code) and the method of shipping that you select. After you have placed items in your basket and proceed to 'check out' the weight of your total order has been calculated, however, the shipping costs can not be calculated until you enter the shipments destination, which is done when you fill in your Ship to: information on the order form.
After you complete that portion of the order process and 'continue' to the next page all the modes of shipping and their associated costs will be revealed for you to choose from. Simply select the mode of shipping from amongst the available options and your total will be re-calculated, including the shipping charges.
International Customers |
Due to the complexities, variances, and shipping rates to addresses outside
the United States, it is recommended that you email us with your complete shipping address, items and
quantities you wish to purchase, we will then shop for the best and most economical method of shipping to your destination and email you the information.
You will then need to reply to the email with complete billing information (i.e. Type of Credit Card, Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, and Name as it appears on Credit Card).
By replying to the email, you understand that you are authorizing Promedia Marketing Inc., to charge your credit card for the amount of merchandise, shipping and handling.
When we recieve your return reply with the requested information, we will charge your credit card. Upon your credit card being approved, we will prepare your shipment and send it via the method you
authorized.
